On November 27 of 2023 at approximately 6:18 PM I ordered some food from Dominos Pizza located on Miller Parkway in Milwaukee Wisconsin. The automated phone did not give an option to deliver so I never got my food but the money was taken off my card three day later, I went up to the store to try to rename, my food and a refund the manager was not in a covering manager.
Spoke to me took my number and no one has called me yet. This is why Im getting in touch with you today.

I ordered with domino's app. Actually a reorder from my recent orders.
When I received my food it was the wrong order. I called store and explained to Gm. From the Broadway Camden NJ location, And I offered to pay delivery fee and give back the two pies that I didn't order so I can receive my order correctly the general manager hung up the phone on me and told me that I messed my order up and he will not help me. And all 4 pies I received were sloppy that the cheese was hanging off the crust.
I'm very disappointed I want a refund or my pies. But after GM hung up on me a young lady answer the phone when I called back. she agreed that I should get my pies that I ordered. But since the GM hung up the phone on me he didn't even want to listen to her or me.
He should not be there working as Gm if that's the customer service that he provides..
I don't deserve the type of respect that he had towards me. Very disappointed he gives domino's pizza a bad reputation.

I ordered a dipping garlic sauce cup.when I got home there was no dipping sauce cup in the box. I called the store spoke to the manager who was a female.
Told her I don't appreciate that you forgot to put the sauce cup in the box. It was on the receipt I paid for it.
She sarcastically Said " the sauce is easy to make I cand guide iou in making it. I asked her hername she said her name was Carlton. At that point I was upset how she reacted to my complaint.
I told her I was going to contact the customer relation department. She said "that's fine Freddie" and added "enjoy e pizza without the dipping sauce" and slammed the phone on me. I contacted domino's customer relations. They sent me a text.
I'll them what happen with was on the18th of August. Today it is the 30tb of August and never heard back from them.
They are really clowns who didn't give a damn about my complaint and the ugly disgusting behavior of the store manager.

It's been about 5 weeks and no one from customer service or corporate has bothered to respond to my complaint at all.
Wait time. Waited an hour 15 and went inside and all the employees were angry and rude because they were busy. They wouldnt answer a single question or even attempt to help me. In fact they immediately started screaming to get out.
No pizza. No refund. All because they were stressed. The manager amanda altman should not work anywhere in customer service.
I've never witnessed anything so horrible in my life. Worst behavior ever.
I dont care about the money or the food. But the way she and the other manager(her husband) treated me like dirt for no reason at all in front of all the people there was a complete disgrace to your company.

Got pasta and it was all sauce. 26.00 down the toilet. Domino's Pizza commercial are bull. They don't live up to the BS they say.
I picked up the food. And they had the nerve to tell me they will remake it and come pick it up. Their sauce is so sweet. Just get a bottle of ketchup and it will taste better.
If those are real executives in the tots commercial should be fired. They have no taste .Again don't waste your money for garbage that is being served to hard working Americans who are trying to help out these companies but with takeout they don't care and they will serve garbage to people.
26.00 for 2 tots and 1 pasta dish is BS. I am tired of this.

Why say that you can get an emergency pizza after you order online twice and not say it only applies once .
Poor service and management
They stop answering the hour 2 hours before closing so they can clean up. And when you drive 15 minutes to the location an hour before they close, well they inform you they have already put all the food up.
They're closed. This is the second time this has happened at this location with the same manager. I called 17 times in 2 hours.
I also work in a fast-paced public establishment, and this is an example of extreme laziness and poor service. And being the environment of which I am employed, I will definitely spread the word of how poorly it is running due to the once again demeanor of the nonchalant manager.
