Ordered pizza was quoted 51-61 minutes. It is now almost 30 minutes past the time then they canceled my order. It was a binding contract and dominos has broken by refusing to deliver my pizza!! At this point I will be taking this to an attorney!!! Manager wants to belittle customers who have mental health issues well lets see what the ADA says about that!!

Terrible email policy

Our email service was cancelled by Spectrum

When we tried to change our email it would not confirm due to your policy of having to send the conformation to the old email which was defunct

We called customer service and we told to bad but thats the way it is

We lost all of our points

We had to set up a new account

Secondly

We paced an order with your Punta Gorda Florida store for delivery

A flash came across or screen which said the order was to low for delivery

We went to the store to pick it up and they did not have an order for us

When we returned home the pizza was on our front porch

This pizza was burnt on the edges and the toppings and cheese left a lot to be desired

We at this time are going to say goodbye to Dominos

Mostly due to your email policy

Wrong amount drafted off debit card.

Multiple calls were made BEFORE I FOUND someone who could see the transaction and attempt to correct the issue. They are holding a store credit- at the store that made it- for me. Moral of the story: apply coupons as available so customers don't have to go through this mess.

I placed an order around 8:30 an got a text message that said pizza was out for Delivery at 9:01 it is now 10:15 an I just got my pizza. They were nice an cold and when I called the dominos I order from they said they could either cancel the order or make new pizza.

Why so could wait another hour an a half??? At first I was given store credit but then they called back an took that away from. This is absolute bs they didnt even offer the cold pizza to for me free which they should have done. But no they did nothing.

Ive seen a lot of similar comments like mine RUN YOUR COMPANY BETTER!!! I should have been given something for receiving cold pizza an waiting that long never again this horrible company who doesnt know how to treat their customers.

My food was terrible bad customer service

I ordered food on the 7th of July. It was horrible, they gave me a store credit. Been trying to call the store for 3 days. Spoke with a manager and still have yet to receive my store credit. At this point I just want my money back. The customer service is bad. The managers are picking up the phone and not serving customers when they see your number. Really bad experience? I just want my 40 bucks.

Order my pictures from call center. Indicator of pancakes that it was all right, waited for my delivery. Never showed called to find out why they told me that. Cancel my order and I didn't have on it. I called back to Friday find out why this canceled. This is because I was paying cash. I said I wouldn't if there's only that it was pictures of the card so it's making up another order and to help. I mean, again you need to fix this.

Gave me a 1/2 eaten pizza that was a employees lunch i found out after they called me from a facebook post . manager did call to see if i wanted them to remake order but who would ? probably would spit on it imho . had to take a hard pass ! talk about unsanitary 1/2 eaten food with customers orders . that's pretty darn gross
