Bad Service
On my way home I ordered pizza on the phone I get there to pick up pizza go to pay with my card and am told that the card reader is not working. Heres the best part- it hasnt worked all day is what they inform me of.
So why was I not told that when I ordered the pizza? Why? So theres my pizza sitting there do they say sorry just take it. No.
They just let me be on my pissed off way. Thanks once again Corydon Dominos! Im so sick off you guys. Best pizza in town but your Service is garbage and it has been for a long time.
Train your people how to take an order properly. That means if your card reader is not working tell the customer so they can bring CASH!!!

Went into your establishment. Last Wednesday was greeted with attitude from the manager, and from one of the workers there I tried to ask for information to speak with the manager.
They giving me one of their phone numbers so they could speak for one another, and pretend like the other manager, they did not hit. The manager was awful to me too he He was not helpful at all. I am very dissatisfied. That place needs to be shut down and burn to the ground.
Bad customer service bad misrepresentation of your company. If thats how your company is going to be then I would never deal with you guys again I will go outside for business. You need to check the manager and check the workers there. They dont give a damn about your company or about anything.
I am very unhappy. Disappointed this is the location in Las Vegas Nevada on Durango and Centennial

My husband travels for work and ordered pizza from Dominos
My husband who travels for work, orders pizza from Domino's quite regularly, tonight he ordered pizza from Domino's in Sandy Springs Georgia on Hammond. Not only did the pizza not show up, when he called the store no one answered.
He was on the phone with no answer for 2 hours. 2 HOURS!!! There has been no response from them, and zero accountability. I used to think that Domino's was a great business and was immediately blind sided by the acts of indifference from your establishment.
I'm guessing this is why Papa John's has the phrase, Better Pizza Better People ... seriously outraged that my husband busts his *** all day only to go to bed hungry bc of you! DO BETTER!!! Take more pride in the people you hire and train them how to be responsible and good employees.
We will no longer be customers, and we will tell everyone that we know, exactly how you do business!! In fact maybe the loss of business will make you corporate cucks get off your *** and make your business great again.
I highly recommend starting with HR!! They obviously will hire anyone to show up and do absolutely nothing!!!

User's recommendation: Read the fine print and send it back when you receive its cold on delivery. My suggestion is always choose pay cash option to keep from being ripped off or the hassle of disputing the charge on yo debit or cc .

To whom it may concern, We really need to speak with a Supervisor. This is 2nd time we have had an issue with a domino employee or maybe shes a manager not sure.
We haven't been able to find a number to talk with someone. Last night we called Honesdale Dominos Pizza. We ordered 1 large pizza with 3 toppings 1 stuffed cheesy bread with bacon & jalapenos. To be delivered they gave us an amount of $49.
and change!!! Then this girl gets on and says she can't deliver to us that we are out of their delivery area!!! She says delivery area is 2 miles!! We are 4.1 or less miles.
I told her I was calling corporate to complain which I got told go ahead she doesn't care; but now I see why because you can't get anyone!! If she's a manager she needs to get some lessons in manners and how to treat customers. I'm not for sure if this is the same girl but definitely had the attitude and same rude *** mouth; last year had an incident around Jan. I believe.
First off I am highly allergic to tomatoes and I love pizza. I always get it with Alfredo sauce so heard they had a Alfredo garlic sauce. They also have garlic oil and they have on occasion put the oil on our pizza instead of Alfredo sauce. I told her I wanted the Alfredo garlic sauce she said it's white garlic sauce not Alfredo garlic and I said ok it's it's a white sauce it's basically the same thing Alfredo is white.
She says now repeat the order and say white garlic sauce and I said ok I want the white garlic sauce that basically is an Alfredo with garlic. She gets nasty tells me she can refuse to make my order unless I tell her its white garlic sauce and then hangs up on me. Now I'm sorry but if you look it up or go to a grocery store it's Alfredo with garlic, who really cares this girl was trying to belittle me and was verbally combative. What happened to common courtesy and treating the customer with respect?
There was no one to help us with this and I am frankly hurt that since this store opened up, we have spent a small fortune. No one ever took the time to contact us over 1st incident.

I ordered two medium pizzas last night one was supposed to be with hamburger and mushroom and the other one was supposed to be with pepperoni on one side and then sausage and onion on the other side I asked for extra sauce on the side and I also ask for a little of the garlic butter on the crust only!!! I also ordered garlic parmesan wings and they seem to be undercooked I was unable to eat any of the food I tried to feed my family a bit but the pizza had absolutely no sauce on it at all and it was filled with garlic and butter all throughout the pizza and I also did not receive an extra marinara sauce on the side I'm totally dissatisfied I would like to have my money refunded!!
I called the store to speak with the manager on today approximately sometime in the 11:00 hour. I was told by the manager Peggy that she was unable to give me a refund because she doesn't know how!
She suggested that I call the store back at 5:00 p.m. today which I will be doing to speak with that manager on duty!
