New ReviewerHad placed an order last night at 6:37pm for delivery and it was never delivered I had to go and pick it up from the store and which was around 9pm. Before I went and got it I called the store and I was placed on hold for 45 mins so I went to the store and when arriving I was told that I was had left the store 10mins ago.
I arrived back home around 8:20 and still no delivery. So I went back to the Dominos and it had just gotten out of the over after being told it had left the store 10mins ago.
I am highly upset and when asked for a refund or to cancel the tip I had given to driver I was told by the manager that there is nothing that they could do nor could they refund me my money after waiting 3-4 hours for an delivery and still had to pick it up. This is unacceptable
Monetary Loss: $42.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
