Today -- Friday, November 24th, 2017 -- I called Domino's located at 6033 Barnes Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80922 to place an order for takeout.An employee named JAMES answered the phone.
JAMES said, "Domino's Pizza", and said nothing else. He didn't identify himself or say "Than you for calling" or "How can I help you?" or "Do you want to hear our specials?". When I said, "I'd like to place an order for takeout", he cut me off and said, "What do you want to order?". He spoke quickly and with no regard to customer service.
I then hung up. I will never order from this store again. You can tell when someone is a complete ***. Second reason why is because a couple of years earlier an employee had an attitude with me because I asked him to repeat his question.
The MANAGER at the time said he would send me a coupon and never did.
It's not about the coupons but about treating the customer with just a little respect.Thank you.
