I placed an order online on a Thursday night the first week of January 2013 & the pizza tracker stated my order would be ready at 7:22 PM.I walked into the store at 7:25 PM and the shift manager stated my order was not wasn't ready and would be ready in 5 minutes.

Ten minutes later my order still wasn't ready nor did the shift manager acknowledge me waiting for so long in the front of the store. Did not offer anything for the inconvenience either.

Twenty minutes later here I am still waiting for my order.Rediculous.
