The last time I ordered, nobody asked if I was paying with cash or card so the delivery driver got here & was expecting cash.I had to give her all my card info so she could run back to the store and put it in and call me.

This time, the guy who was taking my order didn't ask for any type of payment. I asked him if he needed my card number and he said "Oh I assumed you were paying with cash" then I had to repeat my information twice for him and he checked with me to make sure he had the correct information.

Delivery driver gets here and has me standing outside in 48 degree extremely windy weather because there's no receipt for me to sign, so she has to call and confirm with the store.They decide to put her on hold so by time they figure out what they need to and confirm that I did in fact pay with a card, my pizza is ice cold, and I'm freezing.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $15.

Preferred solution: You guys retrain that whole store, because this isn't the first issue..

I didn't like: Irresponsibility.
