I placed my order online.I tracked my order and it told me it was ready to be picked up.

When I got to the window (I had been in the parking lot the whole time) they told me my order was not done and the online website don't know what they are doing on site. They ignored customers at the window while they talked to each other. This is the WORST!!

They turn the phones off so customers can't call in or they would hit the make busy button so customers can't call in..I don't wanna get anyone fired but if I'm spending my money, I expect better service..
