When pizza arrived, there was no receipt for us to sign. Also, both pizzas had obviously been dropped.

When I called to complain, I was told the manager would call us back when they got caught up! The fact that they have our money and we have no promised timeline of order, not to mention delivery, is ridiculous.

They hung up on me without the manager ever having called me back. So I called corporate.

I think at that point I would have ordered from somewhere else and demanded a refund from Dominos. If they refused, I would have simply requested my bank do a chargeback.

Thank you. My husband ended up taking everything back and doing just that. They were NOT expecting us to show up since it was delivery.
