Dominos Pizza PROMISED BUT NEVER DELIVERED ORDER
I work for UPS Freight and I have spent hundreds of dollars ordering pizza for my employees. On March 28,2018 I ordered a pizza by calling local number because online ordering was unavailable and was told it would be a 2 hour wait.
After 3 hours no word from Dominos so I called the Airways location in Memphis,TN. Worker stated that no one answered the UPS phone which was untrue and further made the excuse that a new worker didn't follow through with the delivery. Worker stated that manager would get the order out and no one every showed up and they closed. Why lie when they knew they weren't coming.
I am very disappointed because I have spent so much money for meetings ordering large quantities of pizza even though this was one.
I will no longer order from Domino's again. Candy Woods VIP UPS (901) 344-****.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Monetary Loss: $16.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
