I tried to charge my order for delivery it came back that it didn't approve.I did not understand since i had the funds but ended up paying cash.

Today I checked my account since I was out shopping and it shows the charge for my order.

I called the location I ordered from and the manager said there was nothing he could do since it doesn't show up on your end.Being double-charged really inconvenience me and made it where I don't have enough funds to do everything I wanted to with my kids I had to transfer money from my savings into my account which I really didn't want to do so I can by everything I needed to due to the fact of not having the amount of money in my account that I should have in the fact is that I feel as a manager when you have a customer who is inconvenience due to something that is your guys's fault he should have somehow figured out a way to help me and confiscate me due to the fact of my inconvenience now I'm out double the funds and even if it's a mess up I still have to wait how many days for my money to come back into my account when I shouldn't have to wait at all and on his end saying that there is no charge and yet I have a charge you actually have some way of seeing what you guys is system did and if you guys are having issues cuz he said there's been issues with this then you guys need to fix your system a payment but I'm very upset because I shouldn't have had to sit here and do all this I shouldn't have had to call you guys I shouldn't have to call now corporate to get some kind of response because the manager of the store could not help me the store location is in Stockton off of Charter Way the store manager I talk to Once Brandon I ordered yesterday which would have been Friday the 28th around 4 maybe slightly before somewhere in that time frame for delivery my address 1253 Henry long Boulevard Stockton California 95206 I would like somebody to get back to me in regards to this because it doesn't matter no matter how much money is but in the fact that I still have money to cover what I wanted to be with my kids today but the whole inconvenience that I'm put out and the fact that the manager had no answer to really give me or nothing to help me with the situation I shouldn't as a customer have to be inconvenienced do something with your guyses system and error because as of right now I am out four double payment of 30 something dollars that I paid cash in that is on my card right now and now I have no access to those funds

Nobody at any store can help when it comes to double charges or anything like that. That’s something corporate needs to address.
