Back in June I bit down in a slice of pizza, and bit down into an object that to me resembled a piece of a tooth. I called the store in a panic, and was told to bring the object back to the store.

I did, filled out an incident report and was told the object would be sent off to the lab for testing. That it would take 3 weeks for the results. Well,a month went by, two months went by , I hadn't heard anything from the store owner. So I called/emailed them.

Was told the results weren't in yet... Didn't hear from them again... So another month went by, still nothing from them. I decided to email once again.

Was told that the lady at the lab was out of the office so no contact was made. Another few weeks passed and I initiated contact once again. This week I was told that my object was LOST. I was offered free pizza for a year and an apology.

That is not good enough for me at all!!!!!!! This matter is not over.

You should not have given the object back. You fell for that old trick hook, line, and sinker.

You should have taken it to an attorney instead. Hindsight is 20/20.
