Dominos Pizza - Got my order wrong, and then never showed up to give me my new order.
I ordered from Dominos's pizza last night. In my order I had asked for a philly cheesteak with just onions and cheese. When I recieved my order which was over an hour later, they just gave me cheese and onions on bread. I called to complain, and they said that they misunderstood and someone would bring a new sandwhich right over. An hour later, still no delivery, I called back and they said that someone was on their way and that it should be 5min. I called back 45min later because STILL no delivery and the place was closed. I am furious because one, I paid for something that i did not recieve, and two, they had me waiting until 11pm for no-one, when i first called my order in around 7:30pm. I spoke to a manager and everything and this is not right.

Please avoid publishing any personal information and promotional content
When the place opens, or whenever you get time, go to the place in person. Take your receipt and demand to speak with the manager you spoke with on the phone.
Explain what happened and I am sure they will try and make it right.
If they don't, call corporate with the store number and the manager's name. Dominos is really trying to get their brand name back in the public's favor so they should respond to this type of complaint.
