I called -- store # 5758 on Fairburn Rd in Atlanta, GA -- around 3:50 p.m. Sept.

18, to place a delivery order of 40 bbq wings, chicken alfredo and a medium cheese pizza. When the server taking the order -- her id #5871 on the order -- advised me there would be an hour to two hours wait. I said, no thanks I'll pickup the order. She then said it would be 45 minutes.

She asked if I wanted ranch or some other dipping sauce, I said neither. She then advised me that the total woyld be $45.22. I said Ok. I get there 45 minutes later -- according to my receipt at 5p.m.

-- and wait, unacknowledged, to pickup my order. After completing the call she was on and walking away a couple of times, another young lady in the front finally acknowledges a man and me standing in front of her. After waiting for her to complete the transaction with the man in front of me, she asks me if I was ordering or picking up. She asks my name, I said the person never asked, so my order is under my phone number - and I give it to her.

She asks about my payment method, and goes to retrieve my order. As I'm paying for my 40 bbq wings, no dipping sauce, chicken alfredo and medium cheese pizza, I open a box that looks like a large pizza. Inside, 40 "plain" chicken wings! I advise the young lady that that was NOT what I ordered, when a caucasian woman walked over and said she took my order and that I told her I wanted plain wings.

THAT CONVERSATION NEVER HAPPENED and when I told her I never said that she became combative and rude..insinuating that I was lying!As I touched the box the wings were cold too! She told the young lady in the front "to take them back there and throw some bbq sauce on them." She did exactly that..adding cold bbq to cold wings. After a rude apology, she said they were cold because ahe told me my order would be ready in 30 minutes and they were cold because I wanted almost an hour later to pick them up. I said, that's NOT what I was told.

She abrasively offrered to remake them. I tell her, well yes redo them the order is not right. She then says abrasively that her owner told her that when people keep talking I can tell them to leave and give them their money back. I asked for that person's name, which she refused to divulge.

However, franchise owner Joseph Podsen, I happily had my money returned and I will NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE OTHERS TO STAY AWAY TOO. Denise Ford-Mitchell
