Hello, I have been a longtime customer of the dominos in Englewood ohio but unfortunately I am writing to report my most recent experience there was terrible! I submitted my order online, but something happened that caused the restaurant to not receive it.
When I got there, the girl at the window explained that it need to be “remade” and explained there is no sticker with my name on it. Like I’m supposed to know what that means. She was extremely rude and short with me, and when I she could tell I was frustrated she said “well, you can have a free 2 liter if you want”.
Come on... are you serious?
First off, when you mess up and need to perform service recovery, it should be the manager, not some undertrained teenager. Secondly, own your mistake!

Very disappointed, and I will be taking a break from Domino’s for awhile.
