Hello. I ordered at 8pm on Thursday evening through the app.
My food did not arrive until 9:45. It was completely cold, not cut and not what I ordered. The delivery boy was not wearing a mask. The pizza was rock solid and inedible.
We called and the manager Juanita said she would offer a refund that night when she was less busy. Not only did she not give me the refund but ignored all follow up calls. Another manager "Yamin" was incredibly rude when I called back and hung up on me. Never experienced terrible service like this.
These managers should both be fired as they have no regard for their jobs. I want not only a full refund but something for my stress of trying to get a refund.
Im so disappointes especially since your food itself has been better in recent years. If this is not rectified immediately, we will be taking further action including placing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
