Dominos Pizza - I was treated extremely rude. Giving burnt no cheese pizza
I made an online order I was charged twice for that order two separate charges when I called in they were very rude and explaining to me why I was charged twice. Then when my pizza was delivered it was burnt had no cheese on it and half of the pizza had no toppings when I called in to have a new one replaced or to get my money back they were rude argue with me about the way my pizza was delivered told me that I could not have my money back and it would take them an hour to bring me back a pizza to feed my kids that they messed up.
From now on I will be going to Pizza Hut and I will be giving them my large tips as well for I gave them a paper tip and a credit tip. The manager's name was Jose on Highway 50 Carson City Nevada. I am completely appalled at the customer service at this location. I will not go to your restaurant because of the severe rude customer service I still would like my full refund or my pizza's.
Maybe if you didn't hire high school students as management these kind of things wouldn't.
All I wanted was a cheese pizza for my five kids. Now it is late at night I do not have any food to feed them and I have to go to Pizza Hut Andre spend money that your company took and will not give back.
I didn't like: Teenagers are fit to be management.
