Dominos Pizza - Inadequate personal that verbally insulted a customer for asking how he can get a refund when they asked me 2 pay twice for my order

My order was not ready at the time and they didnt even have it on the screen I waited 30 minutes to be done and then their computer didnt worked so they told me I have to pay again cause my online payment they dont see it. I paid for it inside and then I asked how Im getting my refund for the payment online, the person at the counter called me a dush bag and walked away saying other offenses words towards me and my child.
Then a different person came there to help and he gave me a copy saying they the order is bad. Nothing else. I asked the name of the person that insulted me and my child
So His name is Zach I have it on my bill.
I need help to get a hold of a manager. This is unheard of a pizza delivery guy to insult a customer because of hes poor knowledge.my order nr : 113

Monetary Loss: $21.
Preferred solution: The management should offer a full refund off the all order that I paid twice and the delivery guy Zach from domino’s in wisconsin dells wi 53965 needs to be fired. .
