On Saturday 6/8/13, my 14 year old son called for a delivery of 1 large cheese pizza with breadsticks. The Cheese pizza was delivered upside down - and when I called to speak to the manager, the next day (as I came home late) and complained about it - the manager was rude, obnoxious and asked me how is that his problem????

At that point, I was lookikng for an apology of something like - you're a regular customer - we'll give you 10% back or off your next bill. I got nothing like that. The bill was $30 + $5 tip and I want my money back.

The franchise owner that obviously doesn't care if he loses customers, certainly does not deserve my VERY HARD earned money.

I have a picture of the upside down pizza too!!!

You did not find a problem with the pizza being upside down when you ate it so you don't get your money back. Get a job so you do not have to beg for free food.
