Dominos Pizza - No Refund Given
I have been getting a refund of $43.41 since Sept. 29, 2018.
I placed an order online for 2 sandwiches and a small cheese pizza. During this process notification read the order did mot go through, so i did it again order went through. I also reviewed my bank account and 2 transactions for $43.41. Immediately i called store 5790 explained what happened. I was assured refund will be done. I called the next day spoke with Tyreke Harris, Manager he also assured me refund was done it will take 7-10 business days before i will see the $43.41 back iny account. I have called Corporate Office i was told they will contact store 5790, and they will call me. Well here it is November 23, i have never received a call, nor my refund. Customer Service is very poor, no one cares and i will never order from Dominos again. Please help me with this issue Thank You
