I went to the Joplin, MO Rangeline Rd. store to buy a sandwich.
After I paid, I noticed that the employees making the food had their masks on their chins. I said I wanted a refund because they weren't being safe. The manager, who was also preparing pizza, said that they didn't have to. I replied that they weren't being compliant or safe.
The manager yelled that I needed to back up from the counter because I wasn't social distancing. I said that I thought I had to put my card back in. She said, no, I'll take care of it in the back. So why did she yell at me to back up?
No one else was at the counter. Rude, unsafe, not recommended. Also, they never wear gloves. I have observed this for at least a year.
Subway, Jimmy John's, Pizza Hut, and Firehouse all wear gloves.
Why not Dominos? I hate this because it is my choice of pizza.
