I ordered 2 vegetarian cheese pizzas at the dominos in Redmond, WA on Redmond Way.I brought the pizza back home and noticed after eating a slice from one of them, that there a piece of bacon on top of it.

I called the store and I spoke to someone by the name Eric B who was extremely rude and told me it's *** to assume that meat won't mix up with vegetarian pizzas since it's in the same kitchen!

I can't believe kind of horrible customer service from a branded company like Dominos!It's the worst store and they should train their staff on basic customer service.

Are you f***ing kidding me? You're that upset over a minuscule piece of perpperoni that can easily be picked off? Get over yourself. This wasn't even worth the time it took you to write out this garbage. Make your own pizza if you're so delicate that you get outraged that a tiny piece of meat accidentally found its way onto your pizza. The entitlement in your complaint is so ridiculous I can't even wrap my head around it. If i worked at that Dominos and actually had to hear you complain about this id tell you to f*** off and grow up. Save your righteous indignation for something that actually matters.

Or businesses can actually hire workers that will do their jobs correctly. I guarantee that if I heard you telling a valued customer to f**k off simply because they had a complaint about something they paid YOU to make, I would be sending you to the unemployment line.

That's what you get for ordering from Domino's. When you buy food from a corporate chain like that you deserve what you get. If you want pizza, find a locally-owned (preferably family-run) single outlet joint that actually knows the value of their customer base instead of amortizing their mediocrity nationwide.

If it's that critical to you, you need to make your pizza yourself so you can control every little aspect of it.
This can and will happen in a mass production environment.

Are you allergic to meat or is it still lifestyle choice? I think, in regards to finding bacon on a pizza, you really have to explain to management why that bacon was offensive: religious conditions on your diet, allergy, diet of choice, etc.,. And then seek reasonable recourse. Me, I never understand vegetarians who eat pizza since the dough in most chain pizza restaurants has lard. Then, there's the cheese from a dairy cow (which is likely being stocked in a feedlot under bad conditions). The manager has a point. If that bacon ruins your day, then maybe stop ordering from a company. It is standard policy, for Dominoes, to apologize and offer you a replacement pizza once you bring your pizza back in and most will even deliver your new pizza in exchange for the bad pizza. Your picture shows a tiny piece of bacon or ham.on the BOTTOM of the pizza, so it wasn't deliberate. Ease up. Policy states that if you note an allergy, they will do their best to avoid cross contamination and double check the pizza AND prepare it on a fresh surface with fresh open ingredients. But, ultimately, they can't possibly guarantee that there's no risk. By ordering from them, a place with a MEAT lovers option, you knew meat was in the building. Call corporate, get a refund, and don't order from them again.
