On July 29, 2021, we ordered pizza from store #6119 in Omaha. The driver dropped our food on the doorstep, didn't knock, didn't text, didn't notify us in any way that the order was delivered.
By the time we realized they had come and gone, animals had dragged half our order away, and the rest was inedible, of course. We reached out to Dominos on July 30, and were assured we would be refunded. As of August 15, we still have not received a refund. I attempted to reach out to the store again last week on a Friday, and was told to give it until Monday to receive the refund.
I waited through Monday. Then Tuesday. Wednesday. Thursday.
Here it is Sunday, and I still have not received the refund. I contacted them again yesterday, and spoke to a different person who identified himself as a shift manager named David. I explained the situation and David informed me that his manager would never have told me to wait til Monday for the refund, and to call back if I didn't receive it.
He essentially accused me of lying. David was rude, refused to assist me in any way, ignored repeated requests when I asked who his manager/boss was, or when I could call the store back to speak to his boss.
User's recommendation: Live in Omaha? Don't order through store #6119, if you absolutely must have Dominos. And certainly don't expect any help if you have the misfortune of dealing with shift manager David.
Monetary Loss: $42.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
