Honestly, its very sad to say, but I was treated so rude. And towards the end of the last conversation I had with one of the employees face-to-face.
I took out my phone and started to record because I couldnt believe how rude he was being to me. I wish I had recorded the whole 20+ minutes of torture

I sent numerous emails explaining that I ordered Domino's on January 9, 2025, and never received my free pizza. Yet, I continue to receive responses stating that they granted me a free pizza on an order that I placed back on December 22, 2024.
Indeed, I received a free pizza for my December 22, 2024 order, but I never received my free pizza for my January 9, 2025 order. I'm unsure as to why they keep referencing my 2024 order. Why offer a special stating that if you order pizza you will receive a free one on your next order if you're not going to honor it the following month when a customer orders again? Does it mean people can't order every month?
The idea, I assumed, was to encourage people to order regularly. Do I need to start ordering from somewhere else? I placed two orders: one in December on the 22nd of 2024, for which I did receive my free pizza. Then, I ordered again in January on the ninth of 2025, but I never received my free pizza for that order.
I keep informing you about the missed delivery, but I only keep receiving responses reiterating that I received my free pizza for the December order. I am aware of this, as I've mentioned numerous times.
However, I never received my free pizza for my January 9 order. If I am not being understood, then perhaps I should stop doing business with you and start ordering from another company instead?

Preferred solution: With all the aggravation, I want the free pizza owed me and a coupon or another free pizza, with all the emails I sent n all the bill emails that you sent me. I deserve my free pizza with an upgrade or free delivery

They fixed my order incorrectly and refused to fix it correctly. I don't have money to waste when it was over 40 dollars, and then she refused to redo it.
Does this pizza look like pepperoni with extra pepperoni and extra cheese and does the other look like a meat lover's? And I don't know what's in my pasta; there was light sauce. My husband and I's meal was destroyed. The so-called general manager, as she says she is, how do you allow her to work for you, hanging up on customers?
I know I'm probably not the only person she has done that to. I will report all of this to a higher authority. Additionally, what is this in my pasta?
I am going to freeze it and take it to the health department on Monday. All this was uncalled for.

I ordered thin & crispy feta & cheese pizza with parmesan bread bites & two sauces & i received it hand tossed & one missing sauce! My husband &I went to the domino's to let them know of their mistake & the"so called" manager was laughing & smirking telling me that I ordered it wrong & instead of helping me or replacing the order he smirked & laughed & never did anything about it, but telling me that I was wrong.
Unbelievable! The managers name is Ethan on Olmito, Tx.

It was really disgusting. It did not taste like Domino's Pizza; it tasted like pizza out of the trash, and this is now my second time ordering within this month.
In the piece, it was burnt with no sauce, and tasted like cardboard. I always order from Domino's. This is crazy, and I don't just order pizza. I always order combos or something else.
I never had the time to let you guys know but now I'm getting very upset and I'm disturbed with this. Please call me at 262456****.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I kept at it and Shannon from Benton dominos was AMAZING , nice, apologetic, and professional she got me back to dominos
I got pizza from Benton Illinois dominos tried to complain it had no sauce via telephone where I held for approx 8 min then was answered with please hold and gave up after 5 more on hold cannot seem to get a complaint filed nor my money back only saved these slices by hiding from the rest that went to trash before I could show whole pie

It's trying to tell me to go to my email and get a code that was sent, but it did not send. I've wasted an hour of my life trying to give Domino's my money today.
I tried changing my password, logging in and out, and they don't think it's me? Why?

Horrible experience. zero customer service.
Kids who work there were putting me on hold for 15 minutes at time. Ignored my complaints and hung up on me several times. South Lake Tahoe Dominos is the worst.
It was not the first time I had problems with them , but this time I decided to go to the corporate with my complaint. Ernesto the manager is the worst .
I'm calling from South Lake Tahoe, I had problem with my order. I had chicken Alfredo pasta.
Unfortunately there was no chicken added to the pasta. I did pictures and video of it when I called pizza place Ernesto manager did not have time to speak to me. I called several times . 3 times one of the dropped my call.
I was waiting for manager and the Virginia clerk was coached by the manager to transfer me to the line is never been picked up.
now I have been for another 17 minutes on hold .
I would like to have my money back immediately. for Chicken Alfredo and delivery charge I need to be reimbursed Im working in the industry and I have never been treated like these kids.
There is zero customer service at that place.
Please, let me know when the money will be back on the account.
I'm extremely disappointed.
I will never recommend South Lake Tahoe Dominos.

My husband ordered chicken wings and meat lovers thin crest pizza however when it was delivered it was hand tossed so he called told them the pizza was wrong . The manager Emily Johnson said to return it back to the delivery driver when she returned with the correct pizza that was ordered we did so however the pizza box was dirty , the sides of the box tore ,cold ,the pizza was all apart look like trash we immediately went to the store to return the pizza and get a refund for the pizza she gave us a hard time she said we couldnt have a refund unless we had the chicken wings now its been over a hour since we first ordered the food we ate & payed for the wings and pizza she refused to give our money back then finally she did so. This unacceptable behavior from a business for customers to be treated inappropriately.

I have never been so insulted and disrespected by customer service personnel as I have just been with Domino's Pizza. I called the numbers numerous times because I was hung up on three times in a row.
Over two hours were spent dealing with something so simple, it boggles my mind. However, after all the time spent and numerous phone calls, I finally called a store and was politely given an explanation for the problem by a very knowledgeable employee.
This issue should have been handled at the corporate level since they were the ones who sent the email in the first place. Rest assured, this matter is not over yet, at least when dealing with corporate employees.

I went to lower Queen Anne Dominos on Taylor my daughter placed an online order for carryout. I went to go pick it up when it said it was ready.
They said none of their carry outs were ready. Then a young lady asked me the name on the order. I told her she said its in the oven about 20 minutes goes by a gentleman, asked me the name on the order and apologized for the lengthy time and said it will be coming up next an hour went by and I asked them where is my order the young man then says sorry we have been busy this morning and it was made incorrectly. And we are remaking it.
I said Ive been standing here the whole time it wouldve been nice for you to tell me the mistake as it happened so then I could make up my mind if I just wanted that mistake and go on my way with the pizza, I said it would be nice just for you to communicate it with somebody that is standing right there or offering them a small item complementary for the long lengthy weight but he just kept telling me its been a busy morning. it wasnt even morning at this time.
He gives me my pizza walks away from me. I open the box and the pizza is not correct, but everybody in there was ignoring me my pizza was not even cut.

I called Dominos and I was trying to get pizza delivered through the website, but for some reason it wouldnt let me. it says I can only get pick up or car pick up even though Ive gotten it delivered multiple times to my house.
I proceeded to order. I usually get two mediums 6.99. Well they told me there was no offers and for two pizzas. It was going to be $51 then after I told him about looking at a coupon on mine that said 6.99 mix and match, he goes.
Oh yeah its only gonna be $21 anyway the call dropped calling right back 58min for someone to answer. And I find it extremely rude that . I called multiple times during that 58 minutes and nobody answered from my phone so I kept my phone down. I was on hold and I called on my sons phone and someone picked up.
They were clearly ignoring my call. The person that answered obviously had no training or just didnt care.clearly no customer service..

that’s why you’re wrong. It was offering it in January also because I have screenshots of it but yes, I learned from Domino’s that they only offer it one per customer when you have the rewards app.

Yes, I realize that when they finally sent me the last email stating that when I sent them this post. You’re the only person who is smart here and that sent something actually worth reading instead of being condescending and I appreciate it.
I didn’t realize it because they put that in really small writing And I have problems with my eyes, but they put free pizza after you order in large writing. And I treat myself once a month. Someone else even had the audacity to say I bet Marie is a large person. Talk about not being a Christian.
People judge way too much. I am not a large person. Just someone who likes to treat myself once in a while because I go without too often as it is. I’m disabled so I don’t see anything wrong with treating myself once a month and if they can’t understand that in their minds cannot look to God and be understanding and Christian like that is on them.
All I can do is pray for them.

There is a limit of one free pizza per registered person per promotional period. You said you already received your free one for your 12/22 purchase.
You have reached your limit for this period.( I think it ends 1/25). They will probably start a new promotional period after the Super Bowl.

All that time you have wasted on trying to scavenge for a pizza was for nothing, because they stopped offering it! As far as whether you should order somewhere else, if you can find a pizza joint that will give you free pizza, have at it.
Meantime, you are not owed anything from Dominos! You caused the aggravation yourself by demanding something you were not entitled to.
