Dominos Pizza - Worst customer service ever!!!

Ordered online was quoted 28 to 38 monutes its now been over 2 hours still no food delivered...incompetent staff with no training at all im conflict resolution...no real manager available. Of course...they had no problem taking my money but now i hv to wait for a call or email back ...im beyond furious..

Dominos Pizza - Was very disappointment

when we lived in Danville penna we bought meat lovers pizza. it was very,very good. we had the same pizza from other places but always went back to domains. we were in the area and decided to stop for a pizza, we took it home and it was terrible something changed the sauce, cheese, or crust it was aufull we could not eat it without getting sick after 2 bites.

I called right after placing my online order to request change for a 100 bill, they said no, no problem. I walked to the mini mart and got change. I get home and check the order tracker about 25 min after calling and see that my order was cancelled and 2 missed calls...

Dominos Pizza - Expectations met

Was charged multiple times by the online ordering system! I was told error at the end of trying to pay... Needless to say the assistant manager Lillian wisegarver was very helpful and very attentive to my worries and corrected the issue! Thank you so much.. The delivery driver Carl Reese was also a very kind and respect person. Thank you Dominio's pizza Jefferson City, TN!
