Every single time I try to do an order on my phone using the deals. It will not let me I called Dominos and they say that they cant let me utilize my deals so it shoots my price at $12. I had 12 rowdy kids 10 years and younger at my home for a birthday party this Saturday. We placed a delivery order for 3 pizzas at 4:00 pm and did not get them until after 5:30.
Mind you, the store we ordered from was a block and a half away. I could have walked there if I didn't have a party going on. Just plain ridiculous. Had to call the store to find out what was going on and was told they deliver the furthest out first, which makes no damn sense in this case.
If you saw an order that was only a block and a half away, why wouldn't you drop that off? $80 order and I'm waiting an hour and a half??? Are you kidding me? The store is 6171 Vernor Hwy, Detroit.
Order date: March 7th, approximately 4:00 pm, 3 pizzas for Ashley.
Terrible service. Will never order from this location again.

Someone named AJ contacted me and said we will give you a refund because the manager on staff that day offered me a free pizza like Im gonna take it after this scenario.
Just because you dont immediately see a tip doesnt mean youre not going to get one. I left a note in the delivery section stating that I have a cash tip for the driver, now because this particular restaurant is sending me emails lying about the refund has upset me.

Had placed an order last night at 6:37pm for delivery and it was never delivered I had to go and pick it up from the store and which was around 9pm. Before I went and got it I called the store and I was placed on hold for 45 mins so I went to the store and when arriving I was told that I was had left the store 10mins ago.
I arrived back home around 8:20 and still no delivery. So I went back to the Dominos and it had just gotten out of the over after being told it had left the store 10mins ago.
I am highly upset and when asked for a refund or to cancel the tip I had given to driver I was told by the manager that there is nothing that they could do nor could they refund me my money after waiting 3-4 hours for an delivery and still had to pick it up. This is unacceptable

I would give fewer stars if I could. I placed an order for delivery for my kids; the driver pulled up in the yard, and my neighbor's dogs ran towards them.
They got back in their vehicle and left with my order (which I have video footage of them doing just that). My kid called me, saying that the driver left with the food. I called the location I ordered it from to tell them what happened, and I was told that the driver called me five times and I never answered; that's why they left. I stated that I had no missed calls, and if it went to voicemail, all they needed to do was leave a message one of the five times they called.
I was told they don't have time to do that because they had a job to do, which properly contacting the customer and delivering the order is their job. I told them I would just go pick up the order, but I wanted it for free or discounted. I was told I would not get it for free or discounted if I was receiving the order, granted I would still be paying a delivery fee and a tip that is obviously not deserved. The lady on the phone then stated that the driver would return if someone was there.
My daughter was outside waiting, and the driver just sat in their car and refused to get out and deliver the order to her. I contacted the store again and stated that the driver refused to get out of the vehicle, and I was told they would not deliver the order to a kid, when there is no specification anywhere that the person picking up the order must be 18 or older. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, and when I requested the district manager's number, they refused. So I requested the store number and she refused.
I then requested the number to customer service and she rattled off the 800 number.
I then asked her for her name and she said she did not have to give me that and then sarcastically told me to have a good night and called me a *** prior to hanging up the phone. As much as my family loves Domino's Pizza, they will never get me or my family's business again.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza online on my way from work at the location on Cullen Street in Houston, Texas, in the 77051 zip code and advised that I would be paying cash over the phone. Once I entered the location, there was one customer ahead of me that was being serviced.
After completing her order, the young lady asked me for the last digit of my phone number; she needed assistance from the manager. The tall guy came over (not sure of his nationality). He asked me to confirm my name even though the name was incorrect that the location had. I replied, 'It's a large pepperoni pizza.' Then he snappily said to the cashier, 'She needs to pay.' I proceeded to pay with one of my $100 bills I had just received from my banking establishment.
The gentleman quickly and sharply said, 'I don't have change for that.' I replied calmly, 'I don't either,' and walked out. There was no effort to assist or anything. I could have utilized one of my credit cards, but I felt like it was unnecessary to accommodate since he was already dismissive for no reason. This was my first time ever at this location.
I have utilized Domino's for years and never had anything to make me feel the need to complain about the company's customer service.
I have been a Regional Director for over 30 years. I get having bad days, but just being rude for absolutely no reason, I don't understand at that leadership level.

Beware of the area manager, for Tulsa, she is the most rudest and unprofessional manager I have EVER met.
Ordered food; it got to my house ice cold and very greasy. I called the store and complained.
The person in the store said they could either do a remake or give me store credit. When I told him I would take a remake, he became very hesitant. He told me it would be an hour and said that was fine. The food never came.
I called back and spoke to the area manager; she told me she sent her drivers home due to bad roads.
I made the comment that the roads weren't bad. She replied, 'Well then you come down and pick it up.' Very, very rude and unprofessional.

I called Domino's last night, January 10, 2026. The automated order taker took my American Express gift card, then said there was something wrong with my card.
So I called back with my debit card. The order was delivered. This morning, I checked my balances.

Who cares if this place is probably busy on the first weekend after benefit and pay checks dropped and are understaffed, they should have stopped everything they were doing to come to your lame party. Sadly they made me so angry that I took my anger out on him. One of his friends told his parents, and she repoted me to CPS, and now my son is taken form me and placed in a fosster home.

I am Lori (no w no wuk) going by Madea no period. These are 2 separate people 2 separate posts. I have no idea who Lori w wuk is. The birthday party I am referring to was for my grandson not my son- I don't even have any sons and I certainly didn't hurt anyone and would never hurt anyone especially a child.
These posts are getting intertwined and I just want to clarify that. I did say you should be banned because I feel these posts are getting out of hand and are going off into directions they shouldn't be going. This all started with a complaint on how long it took to get our pizza and I incorrectly hit price reduction (my error) and it when all out of hand on comments you made. I believe you are using the internet as a way to release anger by safely using a platform you can hide in which is not a good thing.

Just so you know this incident made me so angry that I took my anger out on my so on his birthday. I hurt him in front of all his friends on his birthday because I was angry at them.
This ruined his birthday. One of the friends told his parents and CPS took my son from me and placed him in foster care.
