Well one of my wings was just the wing part thats made of of like small bones, and the wings that did have meat on them were so small that they must of been at the bottom of the bag, and were from infant sized chickens, the sauce was excellent I must say.
Aswell I got some kind of loaded Tater tots and half of them were warm and half were already cooled down to like a fridge temperature, the cheese did melt to a dark brown, but the tater tots didnt cook fully it seemed. Now my 2 liter of coke a cola turned out fabulous

I can't get into my email to reset my password
I can't log into my email so I can't log into my Dominos account to place a order with my rewards so I need to talk to a human but can't this is sad
Online order canceled but dominoes took all my money off my card
After placing an order and putting my debit card info in they said they couldn't use that card erra so we canceled the online order decided I would go to dominoes and and order but when I got there I checked my card ballenc and it had been wiped clean by dominoes the order was canceled and it was only 48 dollars they took 84 and some change and you can forget calling customer service it doesn't exist!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. It took 3 weeks to receive my full refund, which was the only thing I was accepting from the company.
I received no phone call from anyone who works with Domino’s, it was simply just a chat message. Terrible service for a complaint as well, which is not surprising. Do not give up! I feel that they take so long to discuss things with you in the hopes you will give up.
They are scammers with your money, even though they promise refunds if customers are not 100% satisfied. Keep on them to get your refund.
I then spent the next 3 weeks chasing up the store, store owner, regional management team, anyone who would help me get my $130 refund, and did not receive one phone call.
I eventually received the refund and will NEVER order from Dominos again. They are completely useless and I believe ignore you in the hopes you will give up on your refund!

Awful timing they were not even busy ordered pick up at store they say about 10-20 minutes it took almost 40 minutes complain but they did nothing DO NOT CARE even on site says " if not happy will make right or refund" they did neither so would stay clear of ANY DOMINO'S PIZZA STORES we contacted store NOTHING contact main place says had credit at store call local store in Dundalk Maryland on Wise Ave they say no credit on file???

Order from July 30th still have not received the refund
They have no number to call to speak with somebody , the store doesn’t answer the phone , and I still have not received my money back
I placed an order on July 30th. My food was horrible; it was undercooked and just thrown together.
The delivery driver was rude; the whole experience was horrible.
I spoke with someone (case ID 801****) and I was told I would receive a refund. As of today, September 6th, I have not received my refund.
- Food is normally delicious

Well, the app is down now, and the last time I had to wait almost an hour and a half for my pizza because the other one was down.
We loved it
It was great we didnt see anycockroaches it was amazing!

The manager admitted he made my pizza wrong and still sent it out for delivery. He gave me a hard time about it to the point where I thought I was being pranked. The pizza was made of poor quality.

I sent numerous emails explaining that I ordered Domino's on January 9, 2025, and never received my free pizza. Yet, I continue to receive responses stating that they granted me a free pizza on an order that I placed back on December 22, 2024.
Indeed, I received a free pizza for my December 22, 2024 order, but I never received my free pizza for my January 9, 2025 order. I'm unsure as to why they keep referencing my 2024 order. Why offer a special stating that if you order pizza you will receive a free one on your next order if you're not going to honor it the following month when a customer orders again? Does it mean people can't order every month?
The idea, I assumed, was to encourage people to order regularly. Do I need to start ordering from somewhere else? I placed two orders: one in December on the 22nd of 2024, for which I did receive my free pizza. Then, I ordered again in January on the ninth of 2025, but I never received my free pizza for that order.
I keep informing you about the missed delivery, but I only keep receiving responses reiterating that I received my free pizza for the December order. I am aware of this, as I've mentioned numerous times.
However, I never received my free pizza for my January 9 order. If I am not being understood, then perhaps I should stop doing business with you and start ordering from another company instead?

Preferred solution: With all the aggravation, I want the free pizza owed me and a coupon or another free pizza, with all the emails I sent n all the bill emails that you sent me. I deserve my free pizza with an upgrade or free delivery
Last week i redeemed my points for free pizza online and ordered 20 additional dollars worth more.
After waiting over an hour i see that my points were subtracted, no order showing.
Called the store manager fixed it
I just did the same thing redeeming points and added more.
Waiting an hour plus i felt like the same problem was happening again
Tracker says pizza heading your way soon.
Then i receive a call from the store saying that they dont deliver to my address, too far.
What are you talking about, the delivery max distance just changed i asked.
The kid said thats what my mgr just said.???
Now dinner isnt happening after 9pm and im waiting for money to be returned.

Terrible service and messed up my food. When I explained what the problem was, they acted like they didn't even care that they messed up the order.
Us customers work too hard to be paying for food, and the order ain't even right. I never heard that you can't get a refund, only a credit.
Why would I want a credit when the food wasn't made right the first time? Y'all need better employees.

Re-read his complaint you dummy said it took them 40 minutes and were not even busy at the establishment. Do not put 10-20 minutes on pick up time if going take twice as long for a pick up at store !!!
