Do your drivers race the clock or do you not have any flat surfaces in your store? This isn't the first time I have dealt with this.
Happens probably one our of every five orders. I am just getting a bit fed up with it. Between the constant topping fails and the scam charge for delivery, that doesn't actually go to the driver in the first place.
I have pretty much gotten to the point of rather picking up a pizza from the store and cooking it myself. Either get your company back in gear and stop making up fake charges like the cable company or start losing customers.
