I placed an order for 8pc and 14 pc wingss and cinnamon twists for $34.00. When the order arrive 45 mins later the driver was paid.

I took 1 bite of a wing and immediately the taste was sour as I began to chew, the smelled was foul, and the look on the bone was black and pink. I spit it out and called the dominos explained the issue to the person that answered and asked was he the manager he said he was the driver and asked me to hold. The next person that got on the phone said he was the Asst Mgr I explained to him the issue, I asked for a refund, then he asked me to hold without apologizing. When he returnd I explained to him my issue again.

He put me on hold again. Once he returned he said that they do not give refunds on cash payments and that he would give me a credit on my next order. I explained that, that's not what I wanted because I placed an order for food that was to edible and a credit wasn't exceptable because this was no small issue, this could be food posioning. I asked what could I get in place of this since I couldn't get my money back which was unfair.

By that time he still hadn't apologized for the incident, he began speaking to someone in the background in spanish and they were speaking back loudly, meanwhile I was asking him what I could get and this was unprofessional business. After all of the rudeness of him telling me what I couldn't get, this guy in the background was still speaking spanish. My daughter hadn' t bit into hers wings yet so she decide to keep them until she tried them, hers were barbecue. By this time he agreed to a cheese pizza with no apology and no refund on my order nor change from this order.

I was told a plain cheese pizza was $1 less than the 14 pc which was $13.99. By this I was not happy because I couldn't get a refund and I had to settle for this pizza, with no professionalism in place, and the other person in the background was still speaking to him in spanish. By this time we'd been on the phone 20+ he said he'd send the pizza no time frame or anything. Then my daughter began to bite into one of her wings and was experiencing the same foul smell, I smelled it and called back after 25 min while explaining to him hers were the same, the driver called to say he was outside, asked her to go to the door while I was on the phone.

The Asst Mgr answered I asked to speak to the Mgr. This very unprofessional person began immediately telling me that he wasn't giving me a refund, that he wasn't sending his driver back and forth and I needed to make up my mind what I do and do not want. I told him he showed no professionalism, that no one has bother to apologize for this horrible food and he got on the phone with attitude and no remorse. During this time the driver stood at the fence and told my daughter he had to count the wings before he would give her the pizza, so he counted and they made the exchange for the one box.

I told the Mgr that this establishment would never recieve another order from this household. He didn't exchange my daughters wings and would not answer her call and the pizza was cold.
