My order was placed at 6:16. I waited at the store until it was ready.

At 7 it came out of the oven and was put on the rack. The girl upfront did not do anything but stand there and not help anyone. I finally had to tell someone else who walked by to grab my pizza for me. Once they did it i checked it and the pizza was wrong.

I already paid for it online. I asked them to remake the order. They told me i needed to resend the order online so i did. Another hour goes by and i finally get my order.

They ask me to pay for i explained and showed them the transaction where i paid already online. They then cancel the transaction and tell me it will take up to 3 days for it to be refunded and now i need to pay for the same order again. The first order was paid with the last bit in my account so i was unable to pay until i receive my refund. This is *** Your store messed up and now we have no pizza or the money to order more from somewhere else.

Ive had so many issues with yall before and never say anything. Im done dealing with it!!!!!!

If you want a pizza you will have to pay for it.
