Not resolved

I offered to buy lunch for my office today. My office manager placed the order and after waiting for over an hour and seeing on the tracker that the ordered had been delivered I had her call to see where it was delivered and was on hold for over 40 minutes.

The driver actually showed up at 3:15 and was told we where not going to pay for something that was over 2 hours late. He said there was nothing he could do about that and left.

What type of customer service is that. I guess next time we order from Papa John or Pizza Hut.
